Production Facilities

The marble processing takes place in factories that currently take up an area of over 10.000 square metres. The factories have been designed to achieve the best logistic solutions and cost reductions. The factories and the machineries have been installed accordingly to all the environment regulations, especially those of pollution and noise emission, making Ziche Marmi an example for the international marble sector.

Ziche Marmi achieves a full vertical integration, from the quarry to the final cut to size, setting the company apart from most of the competitors. Ziche Marmi process the marble blocks extracted in owned quarries using gang-saws, resins the marble slabs applying epoxide resin in vacuum and finishines the surface of the slabs with a capacity of over 2.000 SQM per day. The choice of achieving full vertical integration and specialisation has allowed the workers to increase the quality and the productivity.
