Paonazzo

Paonazzo marble is an Italian stone extracted from quarries located in Tuscany. It is characterized by the white background stained by rusty or yellowish intrusions that create a graceful contrast with its dark veins. Each block has its own vein distribution and unique and unrepeatable color combination. The production in the quarries of Paonazzo is neither continuous nor abundant, it is in fact a marble difficult to find and very exclusive. It has been used for prestigious projects all over the world, often with astonishing book-match installations. Paonazzo slabs are always processed with resin and the most used finishes are polished or honed. Paonazzo marble is used for floors walls in lobbies, bathrooms, commercial spaces but also for kitchen tops or suggestive fireplaces.
