Arabescato Vagli - Production of slabs and tiles | Ziche Marmi
Arabescato Vagli
Italy
polished, honed, brushed, sandblasted

The Arabescato Vagli is a typical marble coming from Tuscany and takes its name from the town in the province of Lucca where its quarries are located. The Arabescato Vagli has a white color, with gray-greenish veins, only sometimes pinkish. In the past, it has been widely used to make columns and floors of churches; the greatest example is probably San Pietro in Rome. Arabescato Vagli’s slabs require resin processing on the surface before the polishing. Ziche Marmi carries out this process at the highest quality levels, in its factory in Brescia (Italy), where the slabs are subjected to triple epoxy resin under vacuum, to reduce their natural micro-cracks and porosity. The Arabescato Vagli is used for outdoor and indoor floors, claddings, walls, stairs, fireplaces, kitchen tops, in all finishes.
