Old Town

Old Town Dubai is an elegant residential neighborhood located in the central area of ​​the city, surrounded by an artificial lake. The architecture of the buildings is similar to that of traditional buildings, especially in the Al-Bastakia neighborhood of Bur Dubai. The walls and decorations, all with earthy tones are in line with the traditional ones made of clay and used at the beginning of the last century. Ziche Marmi supplied the marbles for the interior floors and claddings of the residential apartments. Over 9,000 square meters of Botticino Semiclassico marble were used in the project. This marble covers both the three-room apartments and the penthouse and some of the exteriors. All the Botticino Semiclassico supplied was obtained from blocks coming from the Paine quarry owned by Ziche, which also works all the blocks extracted at its Nuvolento (BS) factory, internally realizing all the phases of the production chain from sawing to vacuum-sealed resin with epoxy resins, up to the finishing of the surface of the slabs and cutting on specific customer request.
